Searching for “plus size” is not enough. Many results stop around IT 50 or 52; others advertise a higher size but produce it in only a handful of items.
Use the highest filter as a test
Open the category you need and immediately select IT 58, 60 or above. See how many products remain and which categories they cover.
A useful range does not need to be huge, but it should provide a genuine choice within the category you need.
Separate full ranges from capsules
Some labels extend only a capsule, others maintain a separate line, and some produce the whole collection across one range. CurvyIndex states this difference when sources allow it.
Check proportions and grading
Simply adding width and length does not always create good fit. Look for information about upper arms, bust, stomach, seat, rise and stretch.
Images on different bodies help, but they do not replace measurements.
Look beyond national borders
The broadest catalogues may be based in Germany, the UK or the US. Before ordering, calculate shipping, returns, VAT and possible duties.
